What is the optimal dental care regimen? - all care dental

Example:
* Visit the dentist twice a year.
* Use dental floss after every meal and snack with DENTAL power.
* No sugar in the diet other than what is in the fruit.
* Brush your teeth after every meal and snacks with an electric toothbrush like Sonicare.
* Rinse your mouth with WaterPik or similar device.
* Your own language.

Probably perfect present personally. But what is your idea of maintaining oral health perfect?

PS for dentists and dental nurses: This is your chance to tell us what make the perfect dental patient.

That sounds like a great plan.

I would add:

* If you brush your teeth with a manual toothbrush with a small circular motion with an angle of 45 degrees

* Brush your teeth after every meal B / C

* Floss at least 1 times a day and floss to wrap the C-shape around the teeth, and floss each side of the tooth. Also going under the gum line to remove hidden plaque. This will reduce the bacteria and the incidence of periodontitis.

* Avoid soft drinks (acid and sugar), juice (too much sugar and coloring), sugar and rubber / coins, etc.

Ask your dental hygienist at your next cleaning, areas with more plaque / tartar build that can improve on these areas.

Good luck!
